System Servicing

Once a Telephone System is installed by us we ensure that our clients have minimum downtime with fast and efficient service response and experienced and highly trained engineers on hand to resolve issues. All calls are logged on our bespoke service control system which ensures they are tracked and dealt with promptly and allows for history reporting on previous faults or work carried out. Clients often require reprogramming of a phone system to cater for general business changes and some of these can be performed by the user after training sessions provided by us or actioned by one of our engineers remotely or on site.
