UTL Telecom Solutions has been creating bespoke solutions for businesses as the industry transitions from from traditional PaBX/analog lines through ISDN, to modern day solutions such as Hosted VoIP and SIP Trunks.

Service Levels

At UTL Telecoms Solutions we offer an extremely high standard of service response with guaranteed response time levels of 2, 4, 8 and 16 hours.

We know that when a customers phone system is down the company comes to a halt and speed of response and repair is essential. Not only do we react to emergency calls fast but we also hold good parts stocks that enable us to get your system up and running as quickly as possible and in the unlikely event of a major fail we also hold spare phone system to loan clients in need.

As you would expect we follow the industry standards for installations and servicing but where we add value is our attention to detail, planning, preparation and exceptional pre sales advice. Healthy & Safety

We have in place a constantly updated Health & Safety policy monitored by an external company and we always score highly on any assessment. We abide by all Health and Safety regulations both working in the general office environment or if completing work on a building site. Where required we operate site inductions, toolbox talks, regular site inspections, full risk assessments and methods statements.

Experience

UTL have vast experience installing and servicing phone systems and all our engineers have many years of training and knowledge behind them. UTL has a very varied experience installing phone systems ranging from general office environments to Schools, Public Buildings, Call Centres, Sales offices, Hospitals, Doctors, Sport Centres, Business Centres and Hotels to name a few.

Team Work

UTL Telecoms division works closely with our other divisions of Data Cabling and IT as well as your preferred lines and data provider to ensure any phone system installation is properly project managed and delivered on time. It is only by working as a team that we can ensure our customers have a trouble free transition into their new telephone system.

Often our engineers have to work with other trades on site to facilitate a new telephone system installation and it is only through our lengthy past experience that we are in a position to foresee problems and liaise and communicate with others to ensure the customer has a trouble free experience.
